Terms of Service

(1)      Services Provided:
Design Radix provides digital graphic design services, custom vector artwork and vector conversion, embroidery digitizing, and custom embroidered patches. Services may include digital files delivered electronically and custom physical products produced and shipped according to the applicable order or project requirements.

(2)      Orders & Project Requirements:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project details, instructions, artwork, logos, branding materials, and other information required to complete an order. We may contact you for clarification before beginning or completing a project.

(3)      Payment Terms:
Payments are collected securely via our payment partners. Payment instructions and available payment methods will be provided with the applicable invoice or order confirmation. Orders may require payment before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work will begin or final files will be released only after the invoice payment is successfully processed.

(4)      Digital Services & Physical Product Delivery:
Completed digital files will be delivered electronically using the agreed delivery method. Delivery times may vary depending on project requirements, revisions, and customer response times.
Custom embroidered patches are physical products and will be produced and shipped according to the specifications approved by the customer. Shipping times may vary depending on production, shipping method, destination, and other factors outside our control.

(5)      Digital Marketing Services:
Digital marketing services are provided according to the scope and requirements agreed upon for each project. Results may vary depending on the service, market conditions, third-party platforms, customer participation, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific marketing results unless expressly agreed in writing.

(6)      Revisions:
Reasonable revisions are included according to the scope of the project. Minor adjustments and corrections related to the original requirements can be requested after delivery. Requests involving substantial changes, new concepts, or requirements outside the original project scope may be subject to additional charges.

(7)      Customer-Supplied Materials:
You are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, images, fonts, marketing materials, and other content you provide to us may legally be used for your requested project

(8)      Intellectual Property:
Once full payment is received, the client owns the full rights to use the delivered custom designs for personal or commercial embroidery/printing. Customers retain rights to materials they provide to us. Upon full payment, final custom work created specifically for the customer is provided for the customer's intended use, subject to any third-party rights or separate written agreements. Design Radix LLC may use completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

(9)      Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

(10)      Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Design Radix LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

(11)      Delivery Time:
Standard turnaround time for embroidery digitizing is generally 4–8 hours, while vector artwork turnaround may vary depending on the complexity and requirements of the project. Custom embroidered patch production and shipping times vary depending on the order specifications, quantity, destination, and shipping method. Any specific turnaround or delivery timeframe agreed upon for an order will take precedence.

(12)      Changes to These Terms:
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
