Refund & Cancellation Policy

Design Radix LLC ("Design Radix," "we," "us," or "our"), we sell custom digital products and services including Vector Graphics (.AI, .EPS) and Embroidery Digitizing (.DST, .EMB). Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Many of our services are customized to each customer's requirements, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the type and stage of the project.

Refunds

• Customers may request cancellation before work begins.
• Once work has started, refunds may be limited based on the work already completed.
• If there is an issue with a completed digital project, please contact us so we can review the matter and, where appropriate, provide a correction or reasonable solution.
• In case of accidental double payment, the extra amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days

No Refunds

Once the digital files are delivered to your email or via download link, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Any prepaid amount relating to work already completed or services already delivered may be non-refundable.

Custom Embroidered Patches

For custom embroidered patches, cancellations may be requested before production begins. Once custom patch production has started, cancellations and refunds are generally not available because the products are custom-made specifically for the customer.

Before production, customers may be asked to review and approve the final design, specifications, size, colors, and other applicable details. Customers are responsible for confirming that the approved specifications are accurate before production begins.

If a delivered batch has a manufacturing defect or quality issue attributable to Design Radix, please contact us promptly after delivery with relevant details and photographs. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution, which may include correction, replacement, or another reasonable solution.

Revisions

If the design or digitizing file does not work perfectly on your machine, we offer revisions until you are 100% satisfied (Reasonable revisions related to the original project requirements may be provided according to the agreed project scope. Requests that substantially change the original requirements may require an additional fee).
